Waldorf
Meet Waldorf! He is our new lead herd bull. We have raised him from a yearling and truly enjoy his personality. He came from Atwood’s in Maine. He produced a silver Dunn (Caleb) as his first calf.
Waldorf loves treats, especially apples.
Just like Solomon, calves love to be near him and usually surround him as they sleep. He manages his herd very well and notifies us if there is any trouble on the ranch.
We expect a lot from Waldorf as he perfects Solomon’s genetic offspring.
Solomon
Meet Solomon! He is our former herd bull. We raised him from a yearling and truly enjoyed his disposition as well as appreciated his leadership in the herd. He consistently produced silver Dunn and chocolate Dunn calves; seemingly independent of the Dam’s genetics.
Solomon’s favorite interaction with us is the receiving of treats and scratching his head.
Calves love to be near him and usually surround him as they sleep. He also plays with them and enjoys training up the bull calves in how to be a bull.
